Welcome. My name is Scott, and I bring over 18 years of expertise in supporting individuals, families, and communities. I’m a local in the Bass Coast, Victoria, with a Working with Children Check and NDIS clearance, ensuring safe, trusted care.
I specialise in addiction (both substance and behavioural), and mental health. These include alcohol & other drugs, OCD, risk-taking, gaming, gambling, hoarding, and self-sabotaging tendencies. From a mental health perspective, I have extensive experience working with both adults and youth with concerns such as ADHD, ADD, BPD, Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety and Emotional Disregulation.
Utilising therapeutic modalities such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectal Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I can support your growth and change, all underpinned through modern practice, and neuroscientific evidence. My published research on therapeutic programs reflects evidence-based practice.
I have previously served in the Australian Defence Force, and currently serve as a Firefighter with the Country Fire Authority (CFA), holding the rank of Lieutenant. I care for my community, and am dedicated to compassionate, strength-based and flexible care,
I am confident in my ability to meet your needs, fostering resilience and growth together. I love my work, and I am good at it. Reach out, I can help!
